How many inmates don't like the rooms they've been given?

And how...can wardens move to change it to make the living quarters more habitable? Besides the bathroom....thing. This especially concerns unpaired inmates.

Inquiring minds wish to know. I'm thinking...Extreme Make-Over: Barge edition. And possibly sectioning off a budget for inmates to use to rearrange their rooms how they like it.

Victor and me've got an arrangement about that. 'E doesn't disembowel Megamind too bad, I sort 'im out with a better living space.

Between you and me I'd've done it sooner or later anyway, but this way it's a thing we achieve working together. Baby steps.

Ned, Megamind flipping well volunteered - no, 'e started this pissing match. Against my advice and that of several other people. I'm doing what damage control I can.

I've got a promise from Victor not to kill or maim anyone too badly. Remodeling 'is room to 'is own specification's the incentive for keeping the promise. I'm counting on it being enough. 'E can play nice when 'e's got a reason to.

Preaching to the wrong warden, Ned. I didn't issue the challenge. I could've disallowed it, but I saw an opportunity to work as a team with Victor and offer 'im a chance to make a choice about 'is behaviour. If Megamind gets 'urt in the process, that were 'is choice and plenty of people already tried to talk 'im out of it.

And it might. But it's a relationship based on letting violence happen. Violence should not happen.

Now you're misunderstanding me on purpose. Insulting someone's mum isn't asking for it. Telling them "Let's you and me have a fight in the CES on account of I'm a plonker that's going to fall into 'is own gob and drown one of these days" - that's definitely asking for it.
